- NEW: 14 & 15 YEAR OLD INTERCHANGE: Interchange is a two-phase, four-week exchange in which up to 7 youth participants join a delegation that visits another country and is hosted there by a CISV family. Then in return, you and your family host a child from the delegation from the country your child visited.
Nantaali, Finland– DATES TBC: July 9-22 hosting in Vancouver and then July 24-August 6 in Nantaali Finland

APPLICATON AND SELECTION REQUIREMENTS:
Paid Membership for 2023 & Selection approval by the members of CISV Vancouver Programming Selection Committee
In order to be considered for a delegate position, you MUST be a paid member of CISV Vancouver for 2023. This is mandatory for Insurance purposes. Membership purchase or renewal can be done through our website (cisvvancouver.ca) and must be fully paid before applicants can be selected.
International Program fees:
- 28 Day Village: $1,860
- 23 Day Village: $1,565
- Youth Meeting: $1,060
- Step Up: $1,565
- JC: $1,520
- Interchange: $950
The above program fees cover fees charged by all levels of CISV (local, national and international) as well as comprehensive insurance coverage and official CISV travel outfit. All program fees must be paid in full before departure or your child may not be permitted to travel with his/her delegation.Other costs that would be incurred but are not included in the fees are:
-Air fare and other travel costs for delegate
-¼ of the leader’s airfare and other travel costs
-Passport and visa fees, if required
-Vaccinations and covid testing fees (depending on the host country)
-Spending money *there is a ‘tuck shop’ on site (amount to be determined by the delegation and the host country)
-Gifts for camp staff
-Supplies for National Night and “traders”
